Ramblings
I officially exercised for the first time in three weeks! Woo hoo. Yeah. The past few weeks were busy busy busy that I didn't have time to go for the PT training in my camp every morning... and also because the past three saturdays were spent in camp doing either guard duty or OT, and sunday as usual was spent on tuitioning, I din really have time to like exercise.
So today I made a point to not arrange any tuition tonight but instead to go play badminton with jan and ly at bukit panjang. Yeah. Badminton. One of my favourite sports. Good cardio exercise, hand-eye coord training as well as quick reflex training. I love badminton so much... It's like one of the best sports man! And I had a ball of a time playing it tonight...
I must keep my fridays free man. yes I better do that haha. But anyway I feel so good now cuz tmr and sunday is the first full weekend I would have had in the this month... I finally can get some alone time as well as go out and play finally. Finally.
Acty next weekend is complete too... may even be long if I don't have guard duty on Labour Day. And maybe I may take my off next friday making it a looong loooong weekend muhahahaha.
You can't blame a tired man for resting right? I am already beginning to show signs of exhaustion u noe... I very poor thing one....
Ok ramblings and ramblings. I just feel like I have to let it out. hehe.
