Yesterday after book out I went to give tuition in No.4... then bk home and out again to meet kp and hr... as usual they are late... we're supposed to meet at 3pm... then...
My SMS (3.15pm): "I reach liao... where are u all??!!"
Hr SMS: "Reaching soon. Where's kp?"
Kp SMS: "Reaching soon, at Raffles Place..."
My thoughts: -.-
So anyway after they all arrived at past 3.30, we all started walking towards HMV, and it seemed that yday was events/roadshows/noisy booths with cmi emcees day... there was this S league "Hunk" of the year competition where er-xin malay and indian guys attempt to dance ard and look cool when they're actually making for high-tea amusement...
And upstairs at HMV level 2 there's Power 98's some kind of "rock star" audition to attempt to win tix to watch some unknown rock band to me anywayz, and ya the inverted commas for the rock star has its meaning... But Soo Wei was there... erm... she sounds better
Then went over to cine and also lots of booths and roadshows and whatnots. Only noisy... not the least welcome. -.- We really picked a bad day to go to town...
Then the 4/1 syndrome took over:
Hr: "So how? Go where now?"
Kp and me: Just stare at each other and at hr and just stand there
3 of us: Just stand around...
Me: "Just walk walk lor..."
Kp: "Walk to where??"
I could fill the page but u guys get the drift.
After MANY unsuccessful attempts at trying to find a seat in coffee joints (all the coffee beans are full la! then starbucks' chairs sucked... Deng Kok Kok... BakerzIn too ex for kp... Argh! I give up!!), we finally settled in Swenson's... Gorged myself flat... Thank God the UOB Visa Mini gave us a 10% off... :D
After that I went to Holland V and chatted buckets with Colin... toking about SOAmmo and toking kok la... he drove there!! WTH! Everyone is driving!!! I want to drive like NOW!! But BTT not even here yet... 050905 :(
Today... hmm Huwei organised a S63 guys gathering... guess what? Correct! All tok about NS and NS and NS and about how much they suffered and how shiong and everything.
A: "Wah! That time my outfield dig the shellscrape must wear SBO and helmet leh! The SBO so uncomfortable leh!!"
B: "Chey! U noe hor that time I dig shellscrape also wear SBO and helmet. Dig until waist there summore leh!"
C: "Chey! Waist only. I until chest leh!" *Desperate gesture at chest level*
D: "I also damn cham! That time turnout at 2am leh... so tired liao!"
E: "Me turnout at 4am leh!!! Lagi worse u still wanna complain..."
But of course, your truly in PES C din go thru as much shit as them so I just diam diam sit there and listen lor... I mean, guys! Rarely meet can we not talk about SO MUCH depressing stuff? Leave all these stories for ur GFs and family la aiyo!
I book in tml! Some poor souls have to book in today... You poor things!
