Anywayz, I overshot my wake up timing this morning... had to rush to the IE Singapore talk at bugis at 11. And I woke up at 9.30. Hmm... not very good. But I got there on time anyways la. So like ya, the something dept head was talking to us about what IE does and mission and vision and tt things, and I realised that it incidentally coincided with my aims/dreams/vision for Singapore. Like REAL close.
Plus they want ppl who are interested in going to non-english speaking ctries and to learn a foreign third lang. Which is what I want. And yet I was rejected in the 1st wave. Thanks ar, really noe how to choose ppl ar... They were talking about IE scholars having to possess teamwork, so I dun really understand how ppl like a certain Boo Boo could actually forsake team interests, steal ppl's presentation points, and get thru to the 3rd rd. Wadeva.
So anyways, I dun really blame IE la... after all the 1st 2 rds were administered by EDB I guess and probably they want selfish bloodsuckers. Wadeva. EDb isn't gonna be impt in 50 years anyway, I think... Cuz SM wants S'pore firms to internationalise anyway. So u can juz &%)* off EDB! Yeah! Wadeva...
So anyway the tea session kind of made me wanna apply for FIREfly (IE) now... But tml is packed too so I'll see if I do take the time to. You still rank eighth tho...
So ya I kinda went sim lim to walk walk, then went to bukit panjang to take passport sized photos cuz the %^(& SAF wants 6. And it's cheap there. But sleep on bus cuz it was SOOOO slow and I ended up alighting 2 stops late and had to bktrack. Got them taken and rushed home.
Then I had like 45 mins to do woon's card... (yes it's last minute so sorry (^.^) ) then rushed out. Still late but of course zing and renna won again haha... so it wasn't so bad.
Anyway I had lots of fun tonite. Thx gals. Ya no other guys there so cannot say thx GUYS! thx ar woon.... haha ok la not ur fault. Our class guys.... .....
Ya it was fun chatting with u ppl, catching up, knowing what's happening in ur lives and all. And thx zing for letting me noe abt the straits time tutor section so hopefully I can find a tuition job soon if my vocation is not stay in. Ya... had lots of fun teasing woon too haha. Hope u dun mind... all juz joking only. Haha.
But it was fun... esp the part where u say im melb the port or great ocean rd there when u jump the breeze is so strong that u land behind ur original position and I said u land back where u were... haha I'm still laughing abt this while I'm typing hahahahahahahahahaha
Sry u noe how I tend to get dramatic.... no offense ok?? Haha. And the part in the lift.... ok shall not elab further. Yup. Had fun. Will definitely miss these days and opportunities to poke fun at you... But anyway if u do go to US then this will be the last bday party but I'm sure there'll be more opportunities for gatherings la... so stay cheerful ya.
